During the last several years AEA has partnered with Drs. Sharm Manwani and Oliver Bossert in conjunction with the Henley Business School to conduct research in order to learn what skills help drive success at the orgainizational level.
More recently, Sharm and Oliver have been researching what skills individuals need to possess and develop to successully progress in their career, and make contributions to their organization's Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
