Enterprise Architecture Driven Innovation with Jason Uppal, session 1

The goal of session 1 is to briefly discuss innovation and transformation methods within TOGAF® context. Showcase how to develop Strategic Architecture that helps build support for Innovation and Transformation effort. The specific focus of this session is to help practicing architects develop the appropriate content, build support and finally assess if the organization has the resolve to lead innovation/transformation agenda.

Enterprise Architecture Driven Innovation with Jason Uppal, session 2

In session 2, innovation is defined as a unique aspect of a capability that can be protected and can help the organization create monopoly like powers.   These powers are required to create an appropriate level of profits not to further help polarize wealth but create sufficient resources to support the collective enterprise social agenda and off-course, consistently deliver acceptable returns to shareholders.

Investing in Architecture - Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or Both? with Chris Potts

The emergence of Business Architecture as a distinctive discipline, challenges organizations to re-think their reasons for investing in architecture. While the value proposition of architecture is essentially the same, whatever the entity, is it better to be investing in Enterprise Architecture (EA), Business Architecture (BA), or a combination of the two? And, to what extent does it matter whether BA is considered to be part of EA, or separate?

In this practical and entertaining webinar, Chris Potts explores how executives can recognize the value of investing in architecture, in terms they find tangible. In exploring the answer to the question ‘EA, BA or both?’, the architecture of the external market often proves to be a vital factor in the investment choices people make:

• The value proposition of architecture, whatever the entity
• The difference, architecturally, between Enterprise and Business
• Making it tangible: where does architecture appear in your Change Portfolio?
• How Market Architecture drives your EA and BA investments.
