 Mrs. Sharon Fortune-Bowden
Sharon is an IBM Financial Services Global Markets CTO. During Sharon’s career at IBM she has held technical delivery, sales, and strategy roles.
Sharon earned a bachelor of science from Bowie State University and a Dual Master of Science from Keller Graduate Management School. Sharon is an OpenGroup Senior Certified Architect and has earned Acclaim badges for Cloud Computing and Design Thinking.
Within the technical community, Sharon drives change as the President of the Association of Enterprise Architect New York City Chapter and through her membership in the Women’s Bond Club. Sharon’s social activism is carried out through her active membership in the Christian Cultural Center Community Ministries and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated © Delta Rho Omega Chapter Service Programs.

Bill Estrem, President - Metaplexity Associates, Inc.

Bill is the founder and President of Metaplexity Associates, Inc. a training and consulting firm that focuses on Enterprise Architecture and Information Management.  He has worked with The Open Group since 1995 and has served as chairman of the Architecture forum.  He is currently the chairman of the Certification Standing Committee of the Architecture Forum.  He has been a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, serving as the chairman of the Computers and Automated Systems Association and the Technical Community Network.  He was the Program Manager of the Enhanced Product Realization Testbed, a collaborative engineering research project focused on agile product development techniques. He is currently developing a new course entitled “Architecting the Agile Enterprise” which will explore the subject of this webinar in detail.

 Mr. Peter Beijer, PhD
Peter is a recognized pioneer in DXC’s architecture methods with leadership roles in the architecture profession for many years. He serves on The Open Group Governing Board and chairs it’s Professions Program including the Open Certified Architect (Open CA) profession. He received a Ph.D. on economies of meaning in innovation processes.

 Mr. Michael Ackerbauer, PhD Candidate
Michael is the Whole Team Intrapreneur for IBM HR's Leadership, Learning and Inclusion organization. As a member of the IBM Agile Academy, Michael links teams to exceptional leadership and agile practices to drive extraordinary outcomes for their stakeholders. Michael is a seasoned innovator and leadership coach. Michael is a founding member of the IBM Project Whitewater, he has helped to grow a global grassroots community of 60,000 IBM innovation champions dedicated to building effective teams. For Michael rock balancing provides a challenging outlet with a dose of zen.
