about the webinar series:

Can well-accepted Enterprise Architecture methods, like TOGAF®, help drive innovation and positive change within established Organizations? Hopefully, a change that enhances the equality, justice, and fairness, rather than a winner take it all agenda. We believe so – the goal of this webinar series is to take a practical approach to explore how four discreet but interconnected processes like Enterprise Architecture, Innovation, Design, and Change can work together. These webinars will discuss methods, and showcase lessons learned from our seven-year program – tackle the wicked problem of Never Events.  The Never Events program is supported by a number of organizations as part of our collective Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

This series of webinars will be delivered over 5 weeks.

Webinar Leader:

Jason Uppal is a professional engineer registered in Ontario, Canada. He is a practicing architect with Open CA Level 3 Certified Chief Architect credentials. Currently, he is employed by Million Innovator Group where he supports enterprise clients with their innovation and transformation journey and leads the group  CSR effort – tackle the wicked problem of Never Events.
