      Session Objective:
Join this session to hear from an experienced panel who will share their perspectives about how Enterprise Architect organizations can take the lead in developing and owning innovation initiative content. The panels will share practical approaches that help to shape business capabilities and highlight long term benefits of keeping the Enterprise Architect organizations involved during the innovation delivery.

      Session Abstract:

Enterprise Architects face the demands of flanking the ship amidst a rough current that demands cost reductions and business agility. The demands to transform and advance a path forward needs to clearly support an innovation agenda. For most enterprises the path include modernizing existing architectures for cloud deployment and laying a foundation for cloud first approaches. It is important to keep the decision makers well informed, publicize the trade-offs, and iteratively communicate. The Enterprise Architect Organization's ability to blend driving customer value with culture, skills and technology is a delicate balance. The New Professional Enterprise Architect perspective has broadened beyond governance, standards, and process to now including strategic lead and facilitate business growth. The lifeline of the Enterprise Architect depends on their relevance, credibility , and direct linkage to successful outcomes. "If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it" accredited to W. Edwards Deming.
