Speakers: 

Pendergast Chris Pendergasthas 30 years’ experience managing business and information technology teams. As VSP Global’s Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for a global organization of nearly 500 team members supporting five lines of business.As an executive, Chris has managed large scale programs including global ERP implementations, supply chain/sales and operations planning, business Intelligence/data analytics, finance reporting, warehouse automation, customer service and call centers.He has led global shared service organizations supporting multiple lines of business, and overseen program management offices for both business and information technology operations.He’s focused on change management initiatives with global impact, and managing program integration for organizations of all sizes.In addition to information technology executive roles, throughout his career, Chris has run business strategy and operations at the executive level for several companies.He holds an MBA from Hofstra University, NY.

EricMorgan has over thirty years of technical and business leadership experience in the agricultural, Defense, financial services, telecommunications, and HealthCare industries.

As VSP Global’s enterprise business architect, he is responsible for mapping capabilities across the five lines of business, and for marshaling strategic initiatives from concept through envisioning into execution.

Ravi Verma is a senior technology specialist, project manager, and enterprise architect with hands-on experience with a wide array of technologies, tools, and methodologies.
